A delightful escape to the wild, greeted by rabbits, foxes, and even a curious badger. Only downside, no fancy binoculars to spy on them from my cozy room.

The poor lady running the place tried her best with the short notice she got. the location and views from the cottage were fabulous. the cottage itself was quaint, comfy, and well-equipped. the shower was great, and the host was lovely and friendly. She supplied lots of extras, including milk and cereals. the eggs were delicious. Would definitely go back.
Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.

We spent a lovely Easter weekend in a peaceful and secluded location, surrounded by stunning scenery. The accommodation was well equipped with a kitchenette, including coffee and tea facilities. We appreciated the warm welcome from the friendly hosts and enjoyed the fresh eggs laid by their hens. It was great to have the option of self-catering, but we also found a few nice restaurants within a short drive.
The location is quite remote, and we had some trouble finding it at first. , we struggled with the weak phone signal and poor Wi-Fi connection in some areas.

The holiday cottage was in a great spot to enjoy the charming countryside. the complimentary toiletries and towels provided were a definite plus. the kitchen facilities were also impressive as it made cooking during the holiday much easier.
The cottage did not have a working fireplace that created a bit of an issue during the Christmas week. the cottage lacked proper insulation which made it quite chilly during the evenings and at night.

The rooms at Maeswalter are simply delightful! They are so light and airy, it feels like you are breathing in pure happiness. And the views across Senni Valley? Absolutely breathtaking! As a young family, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to unwind and relax.
While we loved everything about Maeswalter, the only thing we found less enjoyable was the lack of a swimming pool. But hey, that's just our personal preference.
